The world of ESG Reporting is rapidly and continuously changing. As an AI Developer, you will leverage the power of AI to drive improvement in the way our customers collect, process and use data to gain actionable insights in their ESG performance. You will be challenged to exploring innovative ways to provide a great user experience and while improving internal processes and the scalability of our platform. You will be challenged to participate in discussions on the development of AI for both short and long term.

What You Will Be Doing

As an AI Developer at Salacia Solutions, you will play a key role in increasing our development and delivery speed, increasing the impact we can make on our planet through the usage of our tools by our customers.

Your Responsibilities

Tap into the voice of the customer to help create an AI Roadmap

Create technical designs and user stories

Monitor and improve model performance over time

Stay up to date with the latest AI research and tools

Train the Salacia team on the use and application of AI tooling

What are we looking for

2–5 years of experience in AI development

Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, scikit-learn, etc)

Experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, MongoDB, etc)

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, LLM’s and vectorstores

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

Excellent communication and collaboration skills (Working language: English)

Not afraid to work at a highly dynamic scale-up

Able to work at our centrally located office in Rotterdam a few days a week
