Within seconds, Salacia AI reads each document and recognises what it is: an electricity bill, a train ticket, a restaurant receipt. It picks out the details that matter and turns them into structured activity data, such as kilowatt-hours, litres, kilometres and kilograms. Each record is placed in the right category for your reporting automatically.

It even fills in what is missing
Invoices rarely tell the whole story. Take a train ticket from Berlin to Hamburg: it shows a price, a date and a route, but not the distance travelled. For accurate, activity-based reporting, the distance is exactly what you need.
Upload Any File works it out for you. Salacia uses the route on the ticket to calculate the passenger kilometres, so you get real activity data even when the invoice doesn’t spell it out. The result is a truer picture of your footprint than a rough estimate based on spend.
