We’ve recently launched our new website, narrative, and brand story, and now we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to bring this vision to our ICP’s and build a strong marketing-sales machine with our sales team. About the role
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you are the driving force behind our commercial growth. You take ownership of our acquisition strategy and lead the development of campaigns, funnels, and experiments that turn our narrative into measurable results: traffic, leads, and pipeline. This means working closely with our Sales team to make sure we have a fully aligned funnel approach, and all insights are communicated internally. You will also partner a lot with our Chief Narrative Officer (CNO), who will provide you with the messaging and content direction.

This role combines hands-on execution with strategic leadership. You enjoy building systems, processes, and playbooks, while also rolling up your sleeves to run experiments, manage campaigns, and optimize performance. You provide direction, ensure alignment across teams, and elevate the quality of execution.

You are data-driven, creative in execution, and comfortable in a scale-up environment where speed, experimentation, and ownership are key. You will be part of an 8-person commercial team and work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, product, and leadership.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy with our CNO and current marketing manager, that increases brand awareness and attracts and nurtures leads.
  • Design and build the marketing funnel
  • Identify new opportunities and taking action to strengthen our market position
  • Build and optimize LinkedIn and paid campaigns
  • Execute retargeting and always-on demand generation
  • Develop landing pages, lead capture flows, and A/B tests
  • Implement and optimize lead scoring and nurturing workflows
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates across the funnel
  • SEO-research + optimize website and knowledge content for SEO and GEO
  • Exploring creative initiatives such as videos, online campaigns, partner content, and client case studies
  • Manage dashboards, reporting, and marketing analytics
  • Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and pipeline impact
  • Translate insights into new experiments and recommendations
  • Reactivate dormant leads through targeted workflows
  • Coordinate with Sales on SQL quality and handover processes.

What you bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B (acquisition) marketing
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in sustainability
  • A structured work style, positive can-do attitude, and drive to improve efficiency
  • Excitement to work in a dynamic scale-up environment
  • Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English
  • Bonus points for experience in IT/(SaaS)tech companies
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and HubSpot or similar automation tools
  • Strong data-driven mindset, affinity with building, analyzing and scaling marketing funnels
  • A growth mindset: experiment, test, and learn
  • Experience with SEO and CRO is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with a narrative/brand owner and translate messaging rather than create it independently

When & Where

Our fantastic office is located in the heart of Rotterdam. Most of our team works on-site for the majority of the week, so we recommend joining us in the office at least 50% of the time.

  • Hours: 32–40 per week (your choice).
  • Contract: 1-year to start, with the possibility of a permanent role.
